A-01 : When OSHA , sent a letter of complaint regarding lift slab construction company didn't took it seriously and filed that letter saying" oh , OSHA. They are always traing to get us more money, and after two month the building collapsed. due to this communication failure from the construction company the major accident occured and died seven people.
A-02: I don't think there have been any deficiency in the letter from OSHA.because the company had clearly indicated the problem of lift slab and also recommended that the company should re in force the slab.
